Today, my manager made everyone put up Christmas decorations around the store. As well as this, we're going to have Christmas music playing on repeat all the way through to January. It's not even September yet. FML

Today, is Christmas day. Normally, I'd spend it with family. However, my boss decided everyone has to work today, despite the fact that there's enough people who want to work to run the place. Apparently it's "fairer" if we all have to do it - except him. FML

Having worked in a store that had Christmas music from Thanksgiving until New Years, I would quit that job ASAP. Once they tried to play Christmas music halfway through November and had so many customer complaints that they had to shut it off. It was bad enough for one month.

You can complain all you like, but you guys brought this on yourselves by buying so much expensive shit for Christmas. To US retailers, Christmas really counts for half the year in terms of their profits. Try giving kids presents on their birthday instead of Christmas.
