Today, my husband was leaving for a long business trip to Germany. As he was leaving, my daughter started crying. "Don't leave me with her !' she said. 'Take me with you !' FML

Today, I was picking up my daughter from my ex-husband's house and his new girlfriend was there. I said to my daughter that it was time to leave and she clung to his girlfriend and said, "Mommy, I don't want to leave." She wasn't talking to me. FML

Today, my 6-month-old daughter decided she'd scream every time I'd answer her cries instead of her daddy. He just left for a 12-hour shift at work. Only 11 more hours to go. FML

Today, my mom died of COVID. As I was crying in her hospital room, my husband asked if it was OK for him to leave to take a business call, and our daughter asked if she could leave because she was bored and wanted to meet her boyfriend at a bar. FML

Honestly not a FML, This happens to people alot. Its just little kids, I don't understand why people can't take they don't know half of what they're saying because of manner development as they get older.

I can't believe people have to be so rude as to call you a bad mother and unintelligent when half of them can't even form coherent and legible sentences. I think it's just the child's age. Kids reach an age when they never want either parent to leave. Who knows, she might have said the same thing to your husband if you were leaving. Try not to take it personally. Kids have no filter.
