Today, my boyfriend broke up with me. I was living at his house and he kicked me out with no where to go. I found a resort to stay in but who knows how long I’ll be here. He won’t talk to me at all. FML

What a terrible situation to be in! Depending on which state you live in, you might have some tenancy rights. In my state, what your ex did is called an illegal eviction (if you lived there for 30 days or more) and he's liable for any expenses (your motel accommodations) you got when he kicked you out. You should get some advice from the qualified lawyers of Legal Aid. Despite the stigma, you should also consider public assistance. Your situation is dire and they're a good resource. They can help you find a place to live because you're basically homeless. Again, I'm so sorry that your ex put you through all of this, but know that there are resources available to help you out. The best revenge that you can get for your ex is for you to thrive.
