From my experience in the workforce, the vast majority of people who are disliked or treated like this often deserve it. Reasons include being late all the time, being rude to people, not getting anything done, etc. Idk OP's situation but based off of my experiences I'm leaning towards YDI. Even if it was an immature thing of your boss to do. At least you aren't fired, right?
