The trombone is an awesome instrument. You could ask your neighbor to get a mute for it, and even pay for it if you want.

not an FML and tuba is the loudest seriously buy him a clarinet you'll never hear him (that was a band joke) or get him a good instrument like a trumpet:) p.s that band joke was funny if youre in band

hey just because you can't play an instrument doesn't mean your neighbor can't either just ask him to practise before it gets to late or get him to buy a mute. they are inexpensive and work very well. and fy

I play trombone and it really doesn't call for "dedicated practice". it's actually one of the more easier wind instruments. once you get into higher levels it takes some work, though.
