Today, in break from tradition, I proposed to my boyfriend. We were at a Japanese Pagoda. Water was trickling everywhere; the moment was perfect. While I was on my knee, after pouring my heart out, he looked wistfully out over the water and said, "So, I was thinking pizza tonight." FML

Today, I decided to pop the question to my beloved. Perfect lighting, fresh cut roses, a fancy dinner. The restaurant was in on it too. Shame they brought out the wedding-themed congratulations dessert before I actually went down on my knee. FML

Today, I was going to propose to my girlfriend of 3 years. I got reservations for a romantic dinner, and at the end, fireworks would spell out my proposal. The whole thing had taken weeks to plan out and had cost me a lot of money. She proposed to me at a subway station first. FML

I really can not believe how sexist, homophobic, and ignorant people are. For the ignorant, Anal does not homosexuality. Any type of sexual orientated person can enjoy or not enjoy anal. A woman can propose. A man can propose. Tradition dictates a man is the one to propose. That does not have to be the case though. The problem with the relationship is communication. Did they discuss marraige before the incident? Probably not. She probably wants to get married. He probably did not.
