Um why the heck would you get that trashed in that situation with your boss in the first place. I don't know if you have a drinking problem or just extreme poor judgement.

My dad told me a good rule for drinking around people who are important to your company. You order a drink, but you don't drink it. YDI for drinking at all in that kind of situation. I understand that after the first few it's probably hard to avoid drinking more because your judgement is impaired, but you should be able to anticipate that and just not drink in the first place.
