Today, I went out with my ex-girlfriend, with whom I have a good friendship with and am in fact still in love. I picked her up at her house and we had a perfect night together that ended with sex in my car. As I dropped her off, she turned to me and said, "I hope you know we're just friends." FML

Today, I went out with my ex-boyfriend on a date. The night consisted of me sitting in the back seat of his friend's truck while they drove around to pick up things for the party they were going to have that same night. After they picked everything up, he asked where I wanted to get dropped off. FML

Today, I drove 4 hours to see my girlfriend of a year, as she had asked me to stay with her for a few days. When I arrived she told me she wanted to be friends as she liked someone else, but wanted me to stay the few days so we could work on being friends. FML

After having a great day, on the way home, my ex pulled up next to our car and I had a panic attack. FML

Only using you for sex... I highly recommend you use verifiable protection (i.e. don't believe she's on the pill, make sure you use an unaltered condom, etc)... Stop having sex with her.

I see this as a win. You got yourself a FWB. My ex and I were sleeping together for almost a year after we broke up. We didn't want the same things out of a relationship but we were great in bed lol.
