Today, I was yelled at by a customer, who was upset over having waited twenty minutes for a waiter to come take her order. Maybe it would be understandable, if she was sitting in an actual restaurant, and not a serve-yourself coffee house. FML

Today, when making a delivery for the restaurant I work for, a customer shoved and yelled at me because she didn't get any fries with her order. She didn't order any, which isn't unusual, considering we're a Chinese takeaway and don't even sell them. FML

Today, at the café I work at, I was yelled at by a woman because the drinks and food she ordered were "taking too long". Before I had the chance to get a word in, she stormed out and said she would never come back. I didn't get the chance to inform her that she hadn't ordered yet. FML

im guessing that the OP works at cafe or one of those places that sells coffee and pastries, but technically a coffee shop could be like a small restraunt that sells sandwiches and whatnot. js.

How the hell are customers supposed to make tomato soup? Coffee shops will often give customers free hot water. Add ketchup to that and you get a tomato soup that makes you look like a paying customer who should be taking up space and using the free Wi-Fi.
