it's not experience it's common sense. don't you shave your legs, underarms, or anything else. and it's common for girls to have them. Just some people have a darker color of hair so it's more noticeable.

That....no. That's not true at all. Hair doesn't come back darker or thicker by shaving. Think about it...if you cut your hair halfway, does what is left change? Nope. If you're not removing the entire hair follicle, then you're just shortening hair that is already there. So it wouldn't change the actual hair.
