It can't be rape by definition if it's explicitly consensual. Rape refers not to the force and/or imbalance thereof during the act, but the lack of clear consent.

This was an awful experience but it certainly was not rape. It sounds as if it was consensual. Please do not ever mistake a regrettable sexual experience with rape. Rape is a serious crime and the last thing we need is another case where someone was wrongfully accused of it as a false rape accusation can completely destroy someone's life and make it even harder for real rape victims to go to the police.
