84, just because she says she's not cheating doesn't mean it's the truth. She is either cheating or just bored like you said. Op won't know if she's bored or if something needs to change unless she says so. There's definitely lack of communication in the relationship.

Or how about she's not cheating OR bored and just genuinely had a low sex drive? It's way more common than most people think for young women to have a virtually nonexistent sex drive that has nothing to do with their partner.
