That's tough! Sports bets are a dangerous gamble but I don't completely fault your roommate cause Izzy was an overestimated favorite in the fight. Even his opponent, Sean Strickland, stated he expected better.

It doesn’t matter how sure a thing you think it is, you don’t gamble your rent or mortgage money on anything! … Getting rid of a bad roommate is a big problem, but this is a case where you might have to start that process. If he did it once, he will likely do it again.
