Papyrus is better-looking for a legal document. I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Papyrus is awful. So is Comic Sans. I like Georgia and large Garamond the best. Times will also work.

Serif font is best for formal documents, smart sans for everything else. There are very few circumstances in which any other font looks good, and none of those call for Comic Sans.

What is the big deal about comic sans? Granted, using it for a legal document is strange, and I prefer Ariel or Calibri for a resume or anything like that, but get over it: It's easy to read and it's not wingdings.
