Screen time

Today, we had a power surge. I don’t know how, but the living room TV blew up and burned the image into the LCD so that even though the telly is dead, you can still see a freeze frame of the last thing I was watching. It was a porno, and you can see absolutely everything. My dad is going to kill me. FML
I agree, your life sucks 1 020
You deserved it 900

Same thing different taste

Welp... time for the screen to "somehow" become cracked.....

I can’t help thinking what kind of idiot would be jerking it off to the family TV? Don’t you have a smartphone or laptop or some other personal internet device? Don’t you have a more private room? And just what were you planning on doing if Mom had walked in unexpectedly? If you do dumb things often enough you will eventually regret it. By the way, I am an electronic engineer - This sounds suspiciously like an attempt at karma farming to me. I never heard of an LCD getting a burned in image that was visible with the device “broken”.

If you're going to jerk off so vigorously, you need to ground yourself before touching electronics. Discharges can ruin electronics, static or otherwise.

If the TV is broken, toss it out. You can't use it anyway. Tell your parents about the power surge then toss it. Drop it a few times while you're at it.
