Today, I was able to find the Facebook profile of my ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend, for whom he left me for. I had been curious about who she was, and when I zoomed in on her profile pic of them together, I noticed she was wearing the ring he'd got me for Christmas and that I'd given back to him. FML

If you have any photos of yourself wearing the ring you can slide those her way. Would be way more effective than telling her as he obviously will call it a lie and jealousy. Hard for him to do that with picture proof.

I get it hurts that he cheated on you and is now with this other woman, and it must hurt to see his new girlfriend wearing the ring you gave back, but let it go. If he cheated on you, he'll cheat on her. Consider yourself lucky that you're not with a cheater who recycles rings.
