Today, a neo-Nazi stopped me and commented on my blue eyes and blonde hair. He went on to explain that I could be "pure", and should follow him and other Aryans in the campaign to eliminate Jews, and other "abominations". Good thing he didn't see the Star of David necklace around my neck. FML

Unfortunately in the ever loving "PC" USA, it's not illegal because you cant prosecute anyone who believes in something or associated with a group, even if they are nazis (damn my stupid country). Unless that neo-nazi does something illegal (hate crime) then now you're in the long dick of the law.

No.. If he's not acting violent and just supporting an idea.( But how it was worded made me think he probably is violent..) They can't just arrest somebody on suspicion they might do something, a victim would need to press charges and at that point his beliefs wouldn't matter except for motivation.

It's not being "PC," it's freedom of speech. With the good, you must accept the bad, or the people who can choose what's good or bad will inevitably silence those to protect themselves and oppress the many. As long as he doesn't act out violently, there's nothing legal we can do.
