Today, I found out my husband is sleeping with someone else, all because we haven’t had sex in a long time. He says, “Jerking off is too much work” and “I signed up to marry a human with a sex drive, not an emotionless robot.” He left out the fact that I’m grieving my mother’s death. If this were in any way a healthy relationship in the first place, your grief and his natural desires would have created a series of conversations, hopefully civil and respectful ones, rather than him going vigilante and cheating. Sounds like he did you a favor and decided he’d volunteer to be the bad guy.

He is wrong 1,000,000 percent. This is not a YDI. Just curious what " a long time" is to him. I mean did you two stop when your mom died last month or 3 years ago? if it's been 3 years since you two enjoyed each other, then F His life for sure. but if that is the reason you stopped way back when, then the mourning period is well past in most cultures.

so what is a long time? a few months or a year? he shouldn't have ever cheated that's messed up but if it's been say a year or more your the problem.
