Today, I was at the mall with my boyfriend and 2 friends. My uncle passed by me in the mall. He said, "What are you, babysitting or something?" He pointed to the merry-go-round. My boyfriend was sitting on a giraffe, yelling at the top of his lungs. FML

Same thing different taste

Today, I was taking my boyfriend to the mall. In the parking lot I pointed out an old man in a vibrant pink sweater who was leaving by saying "He is so gay." My boyfriend got out of the car and walked towards the man calling "Hey Papaw!" It was his grandfather. FML

Today, I worked at my job at an amusement park at one of the roller coasters. I have to go around and make sure that every seat belt is around the passenger. I saw my boyfriend in a seat and ran over to say hi. I saw a girl next to him. I had to strap down my cheating boyfriend and the new girl. FML

Today, my mom and I went to exchange a massive stuffed animal, which was meant for my niece. I was carrying it when I saw a really hot guy looking at me funny. My mom snickered and told him that I never go anywhere without "George". FML

Today, my boyfriend got a job at a trendy clothing store in the mall. Trying to be supportive, I went to visit him and tried something on. I got stuck in the jeans and had to call my boyfriend, who sent the manager to pull the jeans off me. FML

Today, I went on a date with my boyfriend to our local park, and I playfully climbed into one of the baby swings. I planned on having him push me, not getting stuck and having to be cut free from the seat while he laughed. FML

Today, I was at the mall with my friend when I saw my boyfriend in Victoria's Secret - with another girl. They were joking and laughing, and I was really pissed off. So I stormed into the store and slapped him. He looked up at me with an angry and confused expression. It wasn't my boyfriend. FML

How is that an FML (or cute for that matter)? This can be easily fixed: don't date people that act like obnoxious children in malls and embarrass you when they are clearly old enough to know better.

...no offense, but mostly because I'd say the majority of us *have* to. There are bills to pay, people to care for, and just general obligations that crop up demanding we act with certain measure of dignity and maturity for the sake of our loved ones(at at the very least, perceived reputations). I'm also noticing the majority of people who applaud his behavior are under 25. Granted, this is as gross a character-generalization as saying that people *shouldn't* have fun just because some activity is deemed only for children or not... and that their age even matters, but overall... sounded like an endearingly embarrassing moment. And I'm with you in that even 'adults' appreciate a little 'childish' humor every now and then when the moment is right. Just wouldn't want to have to worry about it every time I went out with someone:-p

143, cut the shit. society demands of us to be molded into lawyers who have 9 to 5 desk jobs and want to staple their eyes out. apparently your another one of em. being young is good, as you are creative and an individual, as being an adult is all about what others think of you, your a square. be an individual and stop believing that child antics are for just 5 year olds and that everyone needs to wear monkey suits.
