I think informing a customer that can't drink soda that something they ordered is infact soda is perfectly acceptable. being condescending would be bad. And while too many people feel that being a customer entitles you to being shitty, and treated as royalty... when you work for tips, you will eat alot of shit. bite, chew swallow, repeat. it sucks and I hope those people all go away, but until then, find a better job or bite, chew, swallow as quick as possible.
