How'd you never find out about this? Surely someone can't lead a double life without you noticing their absence.. I think we need a follow-up as to what happened after you found out though.

As a queer man, I'm going to say not only get tested, but call the husband and explain things. I doubt the husband will be mad at you, and we've lost too many good people to cheating idiots already. Go to Planned Parenthood--they'll take any insurance or do it for free if you can't pay, and they'll treat you well (they're my current reproductive providers, they're good people), and they'll be able to hook you up with organizations that can help with being a single mom. There are too many people who've gotten sick or dead from cheaters. Don't be one of them.
