Today, I've been seeing a therapist after more than 20 years of struggles. I think I saw him cry during our sessions a few times. I guess that my inability to live my life at the fullest was hard earned. FML

Yay! You did it! Don't worry about your therapist; he/she will go better after a good session with his/her therapist. And if your struggle is too much for you therapist to handle, he/she can suggest you another therapist, who will go to another therapist when he/she struggles too much.

That happens.. It's imperative you don't close up.. My therapist said they couldn't deal with my grief and referred me to another more experienced person.. It's always good to talk
