Today, I'm neither tall, nor do I have disproportionately long legs, but I have never found a pair of leggings that actually covers my entire calves, which is less than ideal if the reason you buy leggings in the first place is to wear them under your pants in winter so you don’t get cold. FML

as others have said. stop looking at only the Capri style and get Ankle length.

Idk, it sounds like her calves must be pretty massive. Better add leg warmers too, and case the socks and leggings need help meeting in the middle.

Even if you're not tall or super long legged you can still buy extra long leggings.... Source: I have a very tall friend.

There are two lenghts of leggings; Capri style, and super-tall-Maci-Currin-fit. If you are not Maci Currin, you have to fing a good seamstress to alter your leggings. Hence the Tintin look on most Capri-wearing people.
