Today, I was diagnosed with a kidney infection; the symptoms include nausea and having to pee every five minutes. I had to walk six miles in the pouring rain to pick up the medication, peed in the woods twice, got honked at while throwing up on the road, and my boyfriend told me not to complain. FML

Find a boyfriend who will walk with you. And move out of California to one of the other 49 states that aren't dumb enough to ban ridesharing services.

If your boyfriend won’t or can’t give you a ride to pick up your medicine so you don’t have to walk 6 miles in the rain while you’re sick, you don’t have a boyfriend.

I had a kidney infection when I was pregnant and had to be hospitalized. After I was released I had to take antibiotics until I gave birth. I had 2 months left in my pregnancy.
