Today, I had gum surgery. I can't laugh. I can't smile. I can't talk. I can't eat. All I can do is wait for the pain medication to kick in. FML

The "I can't laugh/smile/eat" bit made it a huge FML for me. I'm easily amused and I tend to eat small meals several times a day rather than three large meals, so I'd be starving.

I would be happy, gives you an excuse to: loose weight, not laugh at lame jokes, not reply to ppl, and not have to smile back at other people

First world problems. At least you can afford the surgery and keep your mouth healthy, OP. As someone who's had multiple dental surgeries, not a lot of sympathy here. This really isn't an FML. You signed up for this.
