I'm failing to understand how someone could "accidentally" slap a womans boobs during a conversation, but even if he did by flailing his arms around too much, you definitely do not owe him an apology. He owes you one for hitting you in the chest.

It’s a bit different, but to be fair, I was trying to help a classmate with her computer and she’s like 3/4 of a foot shorter and she moved while I reached for the monitor and o accidentally brushed her boob, when I was in 8th grade I was playing tag with friends when one girl splashed water at my face and I turned while I swung my closest arm to try to tag her and accidentally slapped her boob, my point is that while accidents happen I’m really unexpected ways, but yeah, definitely apologized for it... and I also flinched once and was like 6 inches behind another friend (we were rushing and she ran into a pole and I flinched when I heard the sound) and I also hit her butt... she didn’t feel it but I profusely apologized and now it’s a joke between us because she thought it was funny and teased me the entire day. Basically, accidents happen but the guy is 100% the one who should apologize, even if it’s neither of your faults

Some people move their hands/arms a lot when they talk. Imagine there was someone coming from behind him so she stepped closer to him to make room for the person who was coming, at the same time as he was moving his arms. Boom! Boob slap. I don't remember the details, but I swear this happened once when I was going for a fist bump at the same time they were going for a hug.
