Trauma

Today, my untrained legs have been traumatised by the sudden regime of squats, mountain climbers and lunges I have been putting them through. I literally just have to trust-fall back onto the toilet and hope for the best, because my legs don't have the strength to support the gradual descent. FML

Fall

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.

It gets better. Keep up the good work!

Once you get to the point where you can work them out then through what you did already but very lightly. Like do less reps, no weight, but just do something to lightly work them. It will really help with soreness.

Don't worry to much it will pass. I suggest you eat a lot of protein and cut back on all on all the leg work.

I know how it is, one of my classes is BPE (Body Physical Education or something like that) and the coach for the other class (our two classes work out together) gave us an intense work out. Everyone was basically sore the next day. All I would said is to do some stretches that focus on the thigh area to make them loose again it really helps

me so me I feel your pain

YDI, you're not meant to push yourself that hard to start off. Work up to it, if you can't even ******* go to the toilet you're going to end up doing actual deep damage to your muscles and possibly even snap tendons, if you haven't already.
