Today, I fought back with words against a bully. He cried, and I got detention. FML
Today, I had various items thrown at me all day at school, one one of which was a ruler that landed flat on my back where I had blistered and peeling sunburn. I yelped, "Motherf***er!" because of the pain, and I was the one given detention. FML
Today, I was suspended from school for “being involved in a fight.” The other girl beat me up while I didn't do anything to defend myself, for fear of getting in trouble. She got off scot free. FML
Today, I finally stood up to the guy who's been bullying me for the last 2 years. Even though he's been caught in the act several times, he never gets punished, so I figured I'd get away with gut-punching him. Nope. An hour later, I was suspended from school. FML
Today, after years of torment and relentless harassment, I finally built up the courage to stand up to a bully. I got a detention for swearing at him. FML
Today, I finally had it with the redneck bully who's been tormenting me. He was repeatedly poking and pinching me and laughing out loud during class, so I slung him to the ground, pinning him. I got suspended. They only called his parents, who never do anything; my "caring" parents are looking into teen boot camp. FML
Today, I got detention at school because a girl told the principal I was stalking her on campus. I wasn't stalking her, we just have very similar schedules. FML
Today, I got sent to detention for saying, "That's what she said" after a girl in my class said, "Push a little harder" while dissecting a frog. FML
Today, I was at assembly in school. My friend had a water bottle. It was a squirt bottle, and he squirted me, over and over. I got ticked off, so I took it away from him, but when I took the bottle I squeezed it and it squirted all over the people in front of me. The principal saw, and I got in trouble. FML
Today, I stole a classmate’s graphic calculator because I couldn’t afford one. She reported it missing to the professor. He wouldn’t let anyone leave class until it turned up. Not even saying I had diarrhea had him let me go. In fact, he told me to empty my backpack right there and then. I’m suspended. FML

He's lucky that's all you did to him. I would have punched him in the face. Get your parents involved. Usually schools will listen to the parents because they're afraid of a lawsuit. That kind of behavior is definitely not ok.

Well, now you know how things work, you should know exactly what to do next. Next time you see the little ********, grab his junk and squeeze. He'll get detention for whatever he does next while your part in it will be completely ignored. It's all about working the system.

Put a formal complaint in and if nothing is done go to the press. I very much doubt the school administration would like it recognised they support sexual assault.

you've got every right to sue.if you dont have an income still talk to a laywer, they may be able to work something out involving legal aid or a percentage of the money youd get from winning the case.

I would normally try to make a joke but you should elevate this to your parents and police, give the school a reality check for not handling it.
