Today, the man I have been dating for 3 weeks, who told me he owns a high end restaurant in the city, handed me my lunch order through the drive-thru at Wendy's. FML

Today, I asked my boyfriend where he went to lunch. He said he went to Wendy's. I teased him and asked if he got tired of eating burgers and Frosty's all the time. His response? "What? No, I mean at Wendy's. You know, the hot girl from work?" FML
Today, I went on a date with a guy that I have been crushing on for 2 years. At the end of the date he tells me that he is moving away and as his going away present, I could pay for dinner. FML
Today, my boyfriend brought me to a restaurant on a surprise date. I guess he didn't know that my ex-boyfriend now works there, and that he would be our waiter for the evening. FML
Today, I went to Hooters for lunch. My food was brought to me by a man. FML
Today, I realized that the only human being I have talked to in the last three days is the guy at the drive thru. FML
Today, the guy I've been dating for 3 years got engaged to a woman I can't stand. I work as a waiter at a catering company, they hired the company and requested me as a server for their engagement party. FML
Today, I went on a dinner date with the guy I like. He ate all his food then started eating off my plate, going on to eat over half of my food. When the bill came, he made me pay for it. FML
Today, a guy asked me out and said he was going to take me to a fancy restaurant where they make the food in front of you. I love Japanese food, so I was really excited. We went to Subway. FML
Today, I was proposed to in a McDonald's. FML
Today, my boyfriend told me he was going to take me out somewhere special, so I called in sick for work. Turns out he had made reservations for the restaurant I worked at. FML

#2 You have NO idea why she dated him. Maybe they were dating for a week when he told her that. Don't just assume that's the reason she's dating him.

He lied, she's pissed about it, end of story. Doesn't matter what he lied about, the point is he lied. Most likely to get her into bed. Not cool. #46 hahaha i didn't even notice. seriously, looks vs money? which is the worst of two evils?!?!?! lol and i agree with 47 because making assumptions just makes an ass out of you and...well, you. on the topic of generalizations...well, they're easy to make. #29 probably just said that in the moment...kinda bitter too, but ah well, there's a lot of bitter people out there, and for justified reasons. and OP, i'm sorry but this is ridiculously hilarious. haha i mean, it's a funny predicament. however, all of the people saying maybe he DOES own that wendy's...well i don't think this would be on fmylife if that's the what he really meant.
