Today, my sister and I were watching the Olympics. Michael Phelps was on the screen, and I was thinking how hot he is. My sister commented on how he looks so much like our brother. I can never look at either of them the same way ever again. FML

Today, I was talking to a swimmer I just met. I saw a cute guy and whispered to her, "That guy is hot." She asked "Who?" I pointed at him. She turned to see him, then turned back to me and said "Ew, that's my brother." She went to him, whispered something. He turned around to see me and said, "EW." FML
Today, I was driving home from swim practice with my mom. I glanced over and saw my brother's hot friend, who I've been secretly in love with forever. He waved to me, and excitedly I waved back. I then heard my mom say, "You're gonna die when you see how bad you look right now." FML
Today, the guy I've secretly been in love with for years told me how hot my brother is. FML
Today, my identical twin sister's boyfriend walked over to me, and whispered in my ear, "I know what you look like naked." FML
Today, I walked over to join a group of friends and heard them talking about how hot some guy was but how ugly his sister was. I asked who they were talking about and there was an awkward silence, they hadn't realized I was there. Apparently, they were talking about my brother. FML
Today, I noticed that my boyfriend's sister looks at my ass more than my boyfriend does. FML
Today, my brother got the same cologne as the guy I've been seeing for a while. Every time I'm with my brother I think about him, and every time I'm with him I think about my brother. FML
Today, I was watching TV with my grandma. I said aloud, "Dang, that actor is hot." My grandma pointed out he was a spitting image of my cousin. I realized she was right, and that I may as well be attracted to my own cousin. FML
Today, I got out of the shower and my 3 year old sister comes into the bathroom and says "I want big boobies like yours when I grow up." And from the other room I hear my dad go "Sweetie, you've already got bigger boobs than your sister." FML
Today, my brother joked that our dog was more attractive than I was. I looked to my mom for support, and she said "Well, she is pure bred." FML

Fortunately for you, how much someone looks like someone else is completely subjective. People tell me that my daughter looks just like me, though I don't see it at all. Don't worry about it, and just keep on fantasising about your brother. Er, I mean about Michael Phelps.

I guarantee that if he wasn't an athlete, and you saw him on a sidewalk somewhere, you'd think to yourself how gross he is. Just because he's famous, doesn't mean he's attractive. Plus, who idolizes a swimmer?

I'm surprised not to have seen this comment sooner. There's some vanity in all of us. You and your brother might have some features in common and you could subconsciously appreciate a male version of yourself. Phelps and your brother may have yet another feature in common. Now that your attention's been drawn to it, you focus on that. Basically, it's alright to think your brother is handsome. When you look at Phelps, try focusing on the features they don't share.

Hmm. Michael Phelps has a natural talent, and occasionally smokes the reefer. That about sums up everything positive I have to say about him! He is a sore loser, does not believe in being part of a team, and looks like a monkey. Lochte is much more attractive and a much more gracious athlete!

Lochte is a cocky ass bastard! He can talk the talk about he's the next Olympic champion but currently he's only got two hold medals to his name. He lost that relay in the most ridiculous way, he practically handed the gold medal to the French. There are many other men's swimmers that have much more talent than him.
