Today, my grown up, unemployed boyfriend stole 70 dollars from my wallet and tried to hide it in two different places in case he needed to ditch me and go out by himself. He got angry when I confronted him and stormed out. He feels perfectly entitled. I work, pay rent and buy food. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my boyfriend asked me to pick up a few things from the store for him while he was at work. After picking up everything he asked for, I wasn't left with much money so I used $50 from my account. When he got home he then grumbled about me spending all of "his" money. FML
Today, my boyfriend moved out and took all his things with him. He also took some things that didn't belong to him, namely my rent money. My landlord comes tomorrow. FML
Today, I caught my boyfriend stealing money from my purse. He tried to turn it on me by claiming I'll owe him for the flowers he'll get me on Valentine's Day, then tried to make me feel guilty by saying the whole thing is for "selfish bitches anyway". FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were chatting on MSN. He had to go run down to the corner market but left his webcam on. Shortly after he left I watched his mother steal 60 dollars out of his wallet. He doesn't believe me. FML
Today, my boyfriend got arrested. For robbing my house. FML
I'm a bad person
Today, at a fancy date, my boyfriend said he forgot his wallet. I was instantly furious, threw a drink in his face, and yelled that he was a no-good, tiny-dicked broke loser. Dripping wine, he then said, "…but I can still pay with my phone. You didn't let me finish." FML
Pure class
Today, I confronted my boyfriend about his infidelity. I saw him at the mall with another woman at Victoria's Secret, and I took pictures from a distance. When I asked him why he did it, he told me, "If you have $20 to your name and you see a $100 bill on the ground, you're gonna pick it up, right?" FML
Time to move on
Today, I found out my boyfriend is cheating on me. His excuse was that I never had time for his needs anymore. He’s unemployed but I guess me working and studying to get my degree so we could move out of his parents’ house was too much. Now I have no place to go. FML
Equality
Today, my boyfriend keeps mentioning how well his new job pays, while I don’t have any income. He then got upset when I expected him to pay for the groceries I got on my way to his new place. What I bought was stuff I needed so I could cook for him, and for me to eat while I’m there, cleaning and fixing stuff for him. FML
Money money money
Today, my boyfriend's dad said he'd given my boyfriend £100 to take me out for a meal last night and he hoped I'd enjoyed it. Last night my boyfriend and I went to Pizza Hut, shared a pizza and split the bill. Turns out my boyfriend had simply pocketed the money without telling anyone. FML

He sounds like an ungrateful child. If this is a normal thing and he can't figure out how to contribute, he's no good for you. Sorry OP

As much as stealing money from you is a really stupid and hurtful thing to do, I can kind of imagine the psychology underneath it. If he is unemployed, both of you live together, and you pay for everything, then that essentially means he is completely dependent on you. (Are his parents living close by and does he still have contact with them?) I don't think complete dependency of your partner is a good or healthy situation to be in, even if he could be blamed for it. Is he actively looking for work? So I can imagine that he would feel better after arranging a way that he could leave if he needs to, so that he is not completely dependent after all. Yet it is completely mean and insensible to then go and STEAL the money off you, I'm really not sure how he had that worked out in his mind. Maybe it didn't feel like independence as much if he would have asked for it nicely, or he didn't think you would give it, or it would have felt more like a real crime if he had stolen it off someone else. Honestly it sounds like he's already let things run way too far out of hand. Would he have to live on the street if you kicked him out now?

Straight up put his shit in a bag and put it out in front of the door and place a note on it saying " you want to live here? Get a job!"
