Today, my grandpa sent me a letter apologizing for not congratulating me about my graduation last spring. Too bad I don't graduate until May. FML

Oh shit your life suck-- Yeah, I don't even know how to fake that. Tell him, "Sorry I'm a year younger!" And move on with it. This isn't even "oh shucks" worthy, really.

Not that bad...

I swear people conjure up ways to submit an FML every day even if it isn't.

He's your grandfather. People who are grandparents are usually over that 60- or 70-year-old mark. He's probably developing Alzheimer's or age-related senile dementia, the poor man. Be thankful he remembered your name, address, and relative age/time of year you graduate. My auntie is so far gone, she's going through the entire list of female relatives before figuring out my name, forgetting her OWN name, asking me what school I'm going to every five minutes, asking me my age and how she's related to me, and asking after her deceased parents and sister. Count yourself lucky that your grandfather still has some of his wits.

He probably meant FML in the sense that him learning his Grandfather can't remember stuff now is horrible.

I agree with #29

wow. just wow. I have ALWAYS held my tongue when it came to fml's that are slightly boring, but this...this is ridiculous. My first and only time saying this - not an fml. at ALL.

if its so boring dont reply then...

Oewh harsh I think you should kill yourself op i doubt you will ever get over this blow.

wow, well this one is stupid... i dont see a problem here

Okay, how about, like, chill out?

Try talking to the guy once in a while, it'll help him figure out what's going on in your life, dipshit.
