Today, my daughter mentioned that she didn't need to work because she could convert a dollar to 13 Mexican pesos and convert it back into "13 USD", over and over again. She's 17. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Genius
Today, I realised I’d raised an idiot when my daughter confidently told me she discovered an infinite money glitch by just using one of her credit cards to pay off her other credit card, then swapping them over every month. This is why she’s 28 and still living in her childhood bedroom. FML
Adjusted for inflation
Today, my 7 year-old daughter was counting all the money she made over the weekend from her lemonade stand. She made sixty dollars and said now she has more money than I do. She's right. FML
Whatever it is, it's not enough
Today, my second-grade daughter asked her teacher how much money she makes. FML
Slashing Prices Left and Right!
Today, I tutored a kid for two hours, for $25 an hour. When it came time for them to pay, my mother told the kid's parents that they could give me ten bucks for the whole thing. She does this a lot. FML
Winning
Today, I found out my fourteen-year-old daughter is making more money than me, thanks to babysitting and winning writing contests. FML
Who's FICA? Why's he getting all my money?
Today, my daughter is mad sulking because she got her first wage today and learned a bunch of new words like national insurance, pension contributions, taxes, automatic student loan repayments, and so on. She actually thought she got to keep ALL the money she earned, and is taking it out on us. FML
Rip off
Today, I learned that my daughter pocketed the money I'd paid so she could go to college. FML
Today, a lady came into my workplace to pay her $120 bill in one dollar bills. I kept losing count. FML
Today, I told my mom I had 73 cents in my checking account. She gave me a penny and told me I had 74 cents and it was even now. Thanks mom. FML
Broke
Today, a lady I know gave my 3 year-old daughter a little coin purse, saying, "Your mum can put some money in that for you." My daughter responded, "But mummy has no money." I would have laughed, had it not been spot on. FML

Scary thing is .... She'll pick your nursing home when you can no longer take care of yourself. I'd start buying lottery tickets and hope to score big.

I don't think this is a school related problem. Some people are just idiots, no matter what you try to teach them.

or convert it to yen. you'll be a millionaire by dinner
ileenefudge 29
$1 over here is equal to 105 yen over there (at least that is what a friend from Japan told me) so that still might take some time right? Maybe convert by $50's?
DoubleDosexo 12
she'd have to get a job in order to convert by 50's xD
MeanBeagle 22
@54, if she did a dollar in the loop it would come back 105$ again 100,000+ and once more 10,000,000. you can do that by dinner.
