If he kept it I doubt he'd be able to cash it if it has your name on it. If he really did "accidentally" throw it away I'd be "accidentally" making his ass dig through the trash and find it.

i lost my check before, all you have to do is call them and they will cancel the one that they sent you and issue you a new one. This is not a big deal or a fml.

uh and also i've read most of the comments and its saying that it's your fault. i dont think it is . because some one dumb would only throw out a check even though it was faced down or something you should still see it. but yea you should of been more careful
