Today, it was beautiful out. I decided to play guitar at the park near my house. I left my guitar case open, asking not for money but for feedback. I got two pieces of paper with feedback: 1) You're fat. 2) Get a life. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I was playing guitar on the sidewalk and had my guitar case open for tips. A man came up with a folded piece of green paper, smiled and walked away. After I was finished, I looked at my tips. I unfolded the paper, it was a note that said "You suck!" FML
Today, I spent hours playing my guitar and singing in the street, hoping to make some extra cash. About 3 hours in, I realized some punk had been walking around with a hat taking money as if he was with me. FML
Today, I came across a street musician. He looked extremely well-fed already, but his music was pretty good, so I gave him some spare change. As soon as I turned away, he started screaming at me for being "cheap", and chased me half a block before running out of breath. FML
Today, I learned how to play "Happy Birthday" on the guitar, just to have my friend tell me that my voice sucks, and that I needed to stop immediately. FML
Today, I was told by my neighbors that my guitar playing sounded a dying cat. FML
Today, I was playing my guitar and singing on the street corner. I did earn money, when some guy threw a quarter out of his car window for me. It hit me in the face. I now have a circle shaped bruise under my eye. FML
Today, I was walking down the street with my acoustic guitar on my back. I saw a girl that I like coming down the opposite way, so I decided to play my guitar to try and impress her. I started to tune it quickly, but while I wasn't paying attention, I ran into a pole. Now my guitar is cracked. FML
Today, after practicing a song for my girlfriend on guitar all day, I called her over to my house to show it to her. After a long speech about how "this is for you," I played for about 3 seconds before I broke a string, which slapped her in her face. FML
Today, I was playing guitar at a party, and girls were into me. I'm alright at guitar but by no means an expert. Some kid who was practically a wizard took a turn playing. He could play almost any song on the fly. He made me look so bad that I've never had so many girls in one room be embarrassed to have talked to me. FML
Today, I went into a music store to look into getting a new guitar. I picked up one that I was interested in and tried it out quietly. A sales representative approached me and asked me to "stop the noise and leave the guitars for serious customers." I've been playing for almost ten years. FML

FMLWrestler your an idiot, your wrong about musicians, go look up Dimebag Darrel, or Robert Lowe, or anything that is not mainstream music. Or what you consider to be good music and look at those band's musicians. Not every one is perfectly skinny and behind collard shirts. Your an idiot.

There is nothing worse than some douche bag with an acoustic guitar. It doesn't matter what the situation. Nobody wants to hear it. Seriously. NOBODY wants to hear it. You should pull an Elliot Smith and stab yourself multiple times in the chest until you die. Have I mentioned that nobody wants to hear you play your stupid guitar; you douche bag? Nobody. Wants. To. Hear. It. Stop.

People can be incredibly mean to those trying to learn and improve. I've yet to understand why. Been there. FYL... but keep trying, maybe in a different more tolerant city?

Not to be rude, but if I go to a park or some other public place, I probably don't want to hear some guy playing his guitar. Go in your backyard or something next time? If you want feedback, play at a local bar or somewhere that has Open Mic Night.

by the way #40, you must listen to very mainstream music if you think that all musicians have "sleek" figures and are conventionally attractive (or attractive at all).
