Today, I yet again had to pretend to be a dumb bimbo so that my boyfriend wouldn't get upset over the fact that, in some cases, I might be smarter than him. FML

Today, while arm wrestling with my boyfriend, I had to pretend he beat me. FML
Today, I overheard my boyfriend refer to me as a “pretty but dumb chick” because I like horror movies and comedies over his boring pseudo intellectual dramas. I literally have two degrees and I'm working on a third, while he has neither, yet he thinks he’s smarter than me because of movies. FML
Today, my boyfriend admitted to subtly encouraging me to do stupid things because he finds my "bimbo moments" hilarious. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were in bed and I asked him why he was with me. His answer was, "Well, the last girl I dated was really smart and she always made me feel dumb, so I decided to switch things up a bit. You make me feel like a genius, babe." FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were at a restaurant with a few other couples, and my boyfriend started to rant on how "all the hot chicks are dumb." Apparently, I'm either ugly or stupid. FML
Today, after a tiff with my boyfriend, I said to him, "You could at least PRETEND to love me sometimes." He responded with, "I do pretend to love you!" FML
Today, while talking to my boyfriend, he got upset and accused me of making up words to make him feel stupid. All because I used the word "vapid." FML
Today, I told my crush I liked him. Instead of rejecting me or telling me that he might have felt similar, he decided to pretend to be dumb and clueless and just kept asking who my crush was. I found out later that he knew all along but he just wanted to ragebait me. FML
Today, I was trying to convince my boyfriend that I am NOT a dumb blonde. After screaming at the top of my lungs, I tripped over a bin and hit my head on a wall. FML
Today, my boyfriend got rejected by his dream college. In an effort to comfort him, I told him that he is incredibly smart and that it's their loss. He replied, "Of course you think so, you're an idiot!" FML

Everyone is saying oh leave him. People, men mostly I guess have no clue how much women actually dumb down for them. Because regardless of men saying that intellegence is attractive or sexy, as soon as they meet a woman who is in fact smarter, they all freak out because it hurts their delicate egos. Females have to play stupid in mose cases to keep a man around. Thats why most very smart women have trouble getting a partner. Men like women they think they have the " upper hand on " I supose. Not saying there aren't some men who love smart females, because they do exist, but are quite hard to find. One day when men say that want to be equal with females, they will mean it, but with the generation of today, that isn't the case. If he continues to belittle your intellegence leave him, be a boss bitch who takes pride in the fact that you were to much woman for him and you arent a vapid little person that he can walk all over. ??

I only say you deserve it because you should not be with a person who makes you act like something you are not. If he is not mature enough to handle that you are smarter than he is then it is time to move on. Not because of his intelligence level, but because of the lack of maturity to handle it..
