Today, my girlfriend and I got into a huge fight. She kicked me out of the apartment and told me to never come back. Devastated, I waited outside of the apartment door for hours, hoping she'd reconsider. I ended up falling asleep. I woke up to her foot stomping on me, screaming, "I meant it!" FML

First of all. "beat him up"? What will that accomplish? She'll still not get back with you. It just keeps her away from you more. And secondly. They entered you house and had sex in your bed??? That a major law break on privacy AND property. You have evidence of them having sex on your bed! Also dont mind posting it online giving them a horrible status. Give them time to think what they did while they're in jail

She is not even worth your time and energy, so you are better off with not fighting him. The one you should be mad/upset at is not him, but her. She was the weak one for giving in to someone else so easily and/or for leading you on. If anything, you now have evidence that the two of them trespassed onto your property. That is, if she was not living at your place.
