I agree with the majority here. Tell your parents, she needs to get a full understanding of what she's doing and how/why it's incredibly wrong and dangerous! Being only 12 she might think of it as snitching (for now) but at the end of the day you'll be saving her and her dignity.

Please, please tell me you yold your parents. Your sister is on a very bad road, and actions like that at such a young age can also be an indicator of prior abuse.
