Today, I told my boyfriend that I gained a few pounds and thought I looked fat. He replied that I looked the same and that I shouldn't worry because he likes fat girls. I never thought I was fat before this. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I was talking to my boyfriend about how I'm self conscious about my weight. He looks at me and says, "Don't worry babe, I've always been kind of a chubby chaser." FML
Today, my boyfriend out of the blue told me I wasn't fat, that my stomach was flat and it was only my butt that was big. I thought that this was a compliment. His response? "Not at all". FML
Today, I was hanging out with my boyfriend. Everything seemed to be going well, when all of a sudden he turned to look at me with a pensive and thoughtful expression. I expected him to say something important, but instead he just said, "I was wondering, how does it feel to be fat?" FML
Today, while having dinner with my boyfriend's family, his mom told me that it looks like I've gained quite some weight. When my boyfriend told her that this was a rude thing to say, she said it wasn't rude, just the truth. FML
Today, I asked my boyfriend to honestly tell me if I had become overweight. He replied that yes, I had, but that it was OK because I was his "Lumpy Space Princess." FML
Today, feeling confident, I asked my boyfriend what he thought of my new body, since I had lost 16 kilos over the past month. He told me that he missed the old me and wanted me to gain weight again. My boyfriend was the one that encouraged me to lose weight in the first place. FML
Today, I noticed that I've been gaining some weight. Don't worry, my boyfriend doesn't mind. His new favorite thing is putting my boobs on his head and saying he feels "safe". FML
Today, I was doubting my boyfriend's feelings for me, so I asked him if he found me attractive. He replied, "Well, you're thin enough…" That's all. FML
Today, I was telling my boyfriend about how self conscious I am and how I obsess about my weight. He said, "Don't be ridiculous, you don't need to lose THAT much weight." FML
Today, my friend was complaining about how fat she was. To make her feel better I said, "Psh, you're not fat! In fact we're about the same weight!" She looked at me for a second, then burst into tears sobbing, "I'm fat! I'm fat!" FML

ALSO, "fishing for compliments" from your boyfriend isnt really something to judge...sometimes if you're feeling low, a nice compliment makes you feel better, even if it was fished for...and she may have just generally have been feeling fat and it does actually happen...it's cool...a lot of guys don't even know what you want to hear which is even lamer LOL...

Complimenting a girl is easy as hell and it doesn't take a poet to come across as genuinely sweet, caring, flirty, etc. The problem is with idiotic girls that don't know how to bait compliments when they're trying to force their man to say them. Trap questions fail so much because you're not inviting the guy to compliment you; you're inviting him to either A. speak his mind or B. get annoyed because he knows the game you're playing. The guys that don't know the trap game at that point aren't going to coo and nurse you with praise because they neither understand how your mind works nor what they're "supposed" to do.

If you think that you are fat, you probably are. Coming from a guy, we don't like to be put in a position where we can either tell you the truth, which is normally speaking our mind, or tell you a lie in order to keep you happy. Know why? Because if we choose the former option, the girl treats us as if we have gone out of our way to insult her. If we choose the latter, we doom ourselves into being stuck with someone who probably is getting fatter but won't do anything involving exercise in order to fix that, all for a few minutes of happiness. And guys can tell when you're fishing for compliments. I dunno about most guys, but if a girl has to fish for a compliment, she's being a bitch in my book. She's someone who wont get over herself, or thinks that someone telling her how skinny she is gives her the confidence to go back to the junk food. Lose the weight, porker.[/rant]
