Today, I told my boyfriend that I didn't want to go out with him because I was having a fat day. After ten minutes of fighting, he threw a ring box on the floor and stormed out. I basically refused his proposal because of my body issues. FML

Food fight
Today, my fiancé and I had a fight because he wouldn't let me get what I wanted to eat, even though it was my money. He said, "It's way too many calories. I'm supposed to help you lose weight." When I pointed out that I had given up a month ago, he looked at me and said, "Yeah, I can tell." FML
Romcom moment
Today, I broke up with my boyfriend because I was tired of waiting for him to propose. It turns out he was going to propose and had the ring and everything, but I fucked it all up. FML
Say it ain't so, please

Well I don't understand why he couldnt of done it another day, but then again I've never planned to propose.. But I also hate how girls will look pretty and find something small thats wrong with them and complain about it..

It's sad that plus-sized women are so self-conscious about their body. Sweetie, no matter how big you are, you're still beautiful. Call your boyfriend and tell him how you feel, Im sure he'll understand.

Im a fat girl, everyday is a fat day for me. Does that stop me from enjoying life? Hell no. my boyfriend and I go on dates, my friends and I go to bars and clubs. You take what god gave you, and if its enouhh to keep you from leaving your house, then diet. Its sickening that you let looks rule you.

176, Who says he didn't care? You can care that someone feels like shit and still continue with plans. Every point you've made is an assumption of what the guy did/didn't do, and none of it is indicated here. He planned a proposal, he tried to get her to come with him, and despite realising this obviously seemed important to him she stubbornly stood her ground and refused to go out because she was having a "fat day". Well boo-*******-hoo. YDI.

Really? Ydi, I'm assuming you've been together for a while since he was proposing. After so much time together I highly doubt he cares how you look every second of everyday as long as you're being healthy. He clearly didn't give a shit that you were having a "fat day" if he was still encouraging you to go out!

What, so he can't ever make reservations at restaurants, buy movie tickets or arrange any sort of romantic outing because his plans might be ruined by her suddenly feeling fat? I'm trying not to be judgmental and tell the OP to get over herself, but it does seem like this problem was caused by the OP's inability to handle her issues without lapsing into immature self-pity and imposing it on those around her. If they've been together for long enough to get married, this must be a recurring problem; imagine how frustrating it must be for the boyfriend to constantly have to construct his entire schedule around her unpredictable outbursts of insecurity.

Here's the fault in your logic: they're not "HIS PLANS", they're "THEIR PLANS". He can book as many restaurants, movie tickets and plan whatever he likes, but if he wants his girlfriend to come as well then he has to consult her before making those plans, or accept that she might not want to go. If he wants a partner who he can expect to never ever want to change their mind about going out when a plan has been made- for whatever reason- then he should date a robot.
