Today, I had to rush to school to avoid being late. Unfortunately, I forgot to put a bra on beforehand, and as soon as I got to gym class, the first thing my teacher said was: "Okay folks, let's get outside, we're running the mile." FML

Today, I woke up late and had to rush to catch my bus. Upon arriving at school, I was hot from running and took off my sweater. It was then, in a lecture hall with 400 people, that I realised I hadn't put a shirt on underneath. FML
Today, I ran the mile in gym class. I was the second to last person to finish, and I was left panting and feeling faint. When the teacher found out I hadn't come in dead last, he accused me of skipping a lap and is now making me rerun the entire thing. FML
Today, I was chilling in my comfy zip-up sweatshirt when I realized I was running late for an acting class. In my mad panic, I forgot I didn't have a shirt or bra underneath. Later in class, I was performing a scene and started to unzip my sweatshirt. You can figure out the rest. FML
Today, in a rush, I accidentally wore my sister's underwear. I'm a guy. I had gym class today. FML
Today, I had to run a timed mile. I'm terrible at running. During the run, I thought I was doing a good job. That is, until the teacher told me to stop because I was three laps behind everyone else. FML
Today, I was late for class and I had to run to catch my bus, which only stops near our house twice a day. I made it to the doors just as they closed, and the bus drove away… with my sweaty reflection staring back at me in the moving bus door window. FML
Today, I was in a rush to get to work and forgot to put on deodorant. I didn't realize until my coworker told me I smelled like a gym sock. FML
Today, I had to run a mile in gym class for fitness training. If it takes longer than 10 minutes to run the stretch, you have to re-take it. My time was 10:02. FML
Today, I went running to the gym on the way to work and I forgot to bring a spare shirt. All I have to wear is a wet white tshirt. FML
Today, I woke up late, didn't shave, didn't have time to iron my clothes, didn't eat breakfast, and ran into the office with beads of sweat running down my face. The meeting had been cancelled. FML

If your boobs are small enough that you can FORGET to put a bra on, you probably don't need one for running.

I have too!! like 3 years ago in math I was sitting there with my arms crossed and something didn't feel right I totally felt my boob. and yep NO BRA! haha, luckily I was done gym for the rest of the year!

Don't feel bad. In seventh grade once, I forgot to wear a SHIRT! I started to unzipped my jacket and my friend was like WOAW WOAW STOP! It was so embarrassing xD

Sleeping with a bra on doesn't make your boobs smaller and it's not bad for you. It doesn't matter if the OP does or doesn't sleep with her bra on anyway. OP could have taken a quick morning shower and then forgot to put her bra on, so she may or may not sleep with it on.

Sleeping with a bra on can actually keep your boobs perkier. They are supported all night while you sleep, so they don't hang down and the skin doesn't have to stretch.
