Today, at my new job at a funeral home, my boss threatened to fire me if I didn't "lighten the hell up" while dealing with our grieving clients. FML
Today, my personal trainer fired me. Why? Because I wanted to focus on strength training, not weight loss, and refused to track my carb intake or fasting hours or "hold off on carbs til the optimal time of day." Nice to know I'm not allowed to be satisfied with my own weight. FML
Today, I got fired after three days at my new job. They told me it was because of downsizing. They were still interviewing people and had a help wanted sign in the window. FML
Today, I was fired from my job for being constipated. FML
Today, I was upset over a recent break up. It showed while I was at work, and I made a customer sad just by looking blue. She complained to my manager. I got written up for being so depressed that I got a customer depressed too. FML

Wouldn't you be something to work towards? Like a source of encouragement? And if someone "overweight" works there, the customers wouldn't see the point of it..

Just because OP appears too skinny for the clientele doesn't mean she's unhealthily skinny. Sorry about your job, you should get a lawyer, though I bet you can find a better job where they won't fire you because of your weight or because some fatter bitches can't handle their shite.

I think there must be more to the story. If you're doing your job properly, aren't emaciated, and are pleasant to work with, they wouldn't just fire you like that.
