Today, I filed my taxes. As a divorcée with children, I was supposed to get $3,500 back from the IRS. Alas, my ex's new wife already filed with my children, who don't live with her. I now owe the IRS $250. FML

Kill her and put her body parts in a pizza.

Provided you can document your claim, the IRS will correct this for you (leaving *her* liable for the discrepancy -- and possibly a fraud charge). I strongly suggest you contact them immediately.

I agree three.

choirnerd9, be nice, if she's a single mother $3,500 is a lot of money and it might be what determines whether her kids are warm this winter or not.

You need to report her ass. She's not supposed to claim them unless they live with her, which I highly doubt. Send the bitch to jail for fraud.
