Today, I came home from work and turned on the computer. I logged onto Facebook and saw I had a bunch of notifications. Turns out, everyone on Facebook knew I was single before I did. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I logged onto Facebook to find out that my boyfriend is now listed as single. News to me. FML
Breaking news
Today, I found out I was single by scrolling through Facebook and seeing my (now ex) boyfriend's relationship as "single." I was at work, in the middle of my shift. I haven't been electronically dumped since Middle School. He's 36. FML
Today, I changed my relationship status on Facebook from "in a relationship" to "single." I forgot to take my phone to work, and when I got back, I saw someone had replied, "What happened?" Someone else commented, "He broke his hand." My ex and a bunch of other "friends" liked it. FML
Today, I logged onto Facebook to see one of my "friends" had used my account to post a coming-out story. It had comments on it such as "I knew it!" "Finally." and "That explains so much." FML
Today, I logged onto facebook, and saw that one of my friends had just listed herself as in a relationship. I was happy for her, so I clicked the "like" button. Then I went to her page to see who her new boyfriend was. It was my boyfriend. FML
Today, I found out the guy I was seeing was married, with a kid, when his wife sent me a friend request on Facebook. FML
Today, I guess I accidentally left Facebook open on my work computer while I went to the bathroom, because my boss updated my status to "Unemployed." FML
Today, I checked my Facebook notifications to see that someone likes my new single status. My ex. FML
Today, I found out my wife is pregnant. She hadn't even called me; I saw the news on my Facebook news feed. FML
Today, as I was creeping on social media, I realized that literally everyone I've ever dated is either happily married, engaged, or in a relationship. My last date was at the beginning of the summer. FML

Someone who breaks up via Facebook isn't worth your time. Good luck finding a worthwhile person.

After all those people told your girlfriend about your cheating, it’s not surprising.

I once was dating a girl for about two months. We’d go out two-three times a week. I get on Facebook one day and see she marked herself as “in a relationship”. I thought it was cute for about two seconds before realizing it wasn’t my name next to the status, but some other dude’s name. She, nor anyone in her family never once mentioned this other guy in the two months I was dating her. Facebook is a cowards way of announcing the beginning of or the breakup of a relationship.

Yeah thats pretty lame. I would straight up comment something about it and call them out. Let everyone on FB know what kind of person they are, before they do :)
