Today, I begged my husband to take me to the ER cause my stomach hurt so bad I thought I was gonna die. He told me to go sit on the toilet and stop being a drama queen. I drove myself to the hospital just in time for my appendix to burst. I almost died because my husband was busy playing Xbox. FML

Today, I went into labor and got my husband drive me to the hospital. Instead of staying by my side, he rushed back home for a World of Warcraft raid. His excuse? His friends were counting on him and they'd be pissed if he let them down. FML
Today, I rushed my wife to the ER because she was having abdominal pains. She was crying in the car and very faintly said, "If I die, our daughter goes to my sister and they get everything in my will." We later found out she was just having a bad gas problem. FML
Today, what started with me forcing a shit a little too hard ended up with me being rushed to the hospital with appendicitis. FML
Today, I crawled into my mom's room to tell her my stomach was in massive pain. She ended up throwing me out of the room while spraying me with Lysol. My appendix was about to burst and I needed surgery. FML
Today, I had debilitating stomach cramps and told my mom, but she said she was too tired to take me to the ER. I had appendicitis. Thanks Mom. FML
Today, I was feeling really sick when I was with my boyfriend at the park. When we were walking, I got really dizzy and collapsed. My boyfriend didn't catch me. His mom took me to the hospital. While I was being poked with needles, he was at home playing COD. FML
Today, I woke up with horrible pain in my gut. It got worse and worse, and I started vomiting from the pain. My mom said it was the flu and that I needed to "man up." It turned out to be appendicitis, and I'm now typing this from my hospital bed. FML
Today, I was feeling more and more sick, with significant pain in my abdomen. Nobody believed me, and my grandma told me to stop whinging and to eat something. I tried but started vomiting, and now I'm being rushed into surgery with an already necrotic appendix. FML
Today, while grocery shopping, I was having such terrible abdominal pains I could hardly walk. As I'm 8 months pregnant, I told my husband we should head home. He thought a better idea was to run through the store and hide from me, hoping to induce labor by making me chase him. FML
Today, I felt a very sharp pain, like my appendix was going to burst. After going to the doctor, I was rushed to the hospital to get tests done. The doctors later told me there's nothing wrong, I was just constipated. I went to the hospital for them to basically tell me I'm full of shit. FML

thats really messed up i know how you feel-my parents thought I was BSing when mine was messed up-turns out i didn't have the "typical" symptoms as mine was behind my colon...good to know loved ones care and a ruptured appendix is EXTREMLY dangerous i know 3 people who have had ruptured appendixes all were in the hospital for 6+ weeks

It's pretty stupid how everyone says they should go and get a divorce. Hey idiots you heard one side of the story, you judge with partial facts, if they are indeed facts. Maybe she has a history of some similar abdominal pain. Besides everyone ***** up at least once at some point in their lifetime. I'm sure that this will happen to all of you, maybe not to the extent that happened here, maybe even worse. The fact is who cares, this whole post could be fake and someone just posted so that they could see the arguments that resulted. Seriously get a life people. To the person who made a comment about how humans used to need their appendixes and then evolved so that they didn't is an idiot. Appendixes have never served a purpose.

Another comment to include, hopefully it will bring an end to this debate on the better sex. (Note: gender refers to the characteristics associated with each sex; sex refers to being male or female) According SATs men score higher in mathematics than women by generally at least 45 points, and about 8 points higher on the verbal section. Now, before you get all bent out of shape and say that these statistics are made up, or some other stupid argument, know that this is just on average. There are women out there that are smarter than men. Some woman commented how she could beat up all her guy friends, are you part of the army? If that's the case you can't talk because you represent a small portion of women, not enough to give a good estimate to equal the overall male strength. If women did equal men in the regard of strength, then a woman firefighter would have to lift as much as a male firefighter does, but they are not required to. You spout equality but when it comes down to it you are as sexist and stubborn as any man. All these arguments from you women are proof of that, you all try to claim your better than us, and that's exactly what we're doing. Think before you write, you want to talk of equality not whose the better sex.
