Today, at work, I was talking to a Scottish woman when my coworker and I both told her we were also Scottish. To this she replied, "We Scottish people get around." I then said, "Tell me about it, I'm one of four siblings from my dad, he definitely gets around." She was talking about travel. FML

You can talk, mate
Today, a customer asked me if I was English, because I was struggling to understand what he was saying. I said yes. He then called me a liar, and said I must be "one of them Polish immigrants." Oh, and he also had a thick Scottish accent. FML

It's good to see people still don't know the difference between "I'm Scottish" and "I have Scottish heritage". No birth certificate? No passport? You're American.

I love you...! I was born and bred in Edinburgh and when I went to The Usa on holiday, some guy said in the broadest Texan accent that he was Scottish, I asked where he had been that he liked the most? He said he'd bearly left the state, nevermind the US... You're nae Scottish pal, yer American.

You need to re-read that whole sentence, it is actually correct. Put "my coworker and" in front of what you quoted...
