Today, a kid was ranting that "people these days are so rude" and that "things were much better in the '50s." Annoyed, I asked the delusional twat what was so great about the racial segregation, rampant sexism, homophobia, and all the rest back then. He responded by punching me. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
No, not like that
Today, after my 10 year-old son asked what equal rights were and I'd explained it means you treat everyone the same, this morning he punched a girl who's been bullying him so hard, he broke her tooth, because, "Equal rights: if she was a boy I'd have hit her before, but equal rights says it doesn't matter if she's a girl, so I hit her." FML
Today, a punk-looking college kid was making fun of my mentally handicapped son. Out of anger, I punched him in the face. I got handcuffed and thrown into a police car. The kid stood there laughing and pointing at me. FML
Today, at the supermarket, a guy started yelling at me for staring at his "woman." She frankly looked like someone had carved Mick Jagger's face into a turd. When I told him I have better things to do than ogle random women, he started harassing me for being "a queer." FML
Today, one of the human turds that I stupidly added on Facebook posted how terrible her life is after her dad refused to arrange yet another holiday for her this year, so I bitched her out for being such a spoiled little brat. A few hours later, her boyfriend came over and beat the shit out of me. FML
Today, while volunteering at a local museum, I politely told an elderly gentleman to have a nice day. He responded by yelling "NO" and storming off. Everyone looked at me like I was some sort of monster. FML
Charming
Today, as I was working in retail, this guy shoved me into the shelves for asking if he needed help with anything, screaming at me that I need to leave him alone. FML
Weird dude
Today, while finishing shopping with my kids, my female best friend and I were accosted by a street preacher. He screamed that we were an abomination, having biracial children was a sin against nature, and that we were ruining America. Not only we are not gay, he made my kids cry. FML
NO DANG CRT IN MY ZONE, BOY
Today, I had to explain racism to my son after some of his school friends were talking about it. Another parent then stormed up to us, pissed off because even though I was explaining how bad racism is, just talking about it is itself racist, and he was offended by me. He made my son cry. FML
Politeness
Today, I politely asked my neighbor if she could tell her kids to be a little more quiet, and I guess I wasn't the first one to approach her. She slammed the door in my face, but not before screaming, "I bet none of you would be doing this if we were white." FML
Today, while I was standing in line at the store, some guy insulted the girl in front of me as he walked past. She turned around and socked me in the face. FML

He was just an immature child who couldn't admit he was wrong. All the same, argument won.

It was much much worst back then, than it is now. The stuff today is 100x better in comparison.

It's easier not to talk or leave the game if someone's being a bitch. Also the messed up mics are horrible. I can't stand being with those people.

You know, he is just a kid and its not like you get rewarded or anything for yelling at him. Just roll your eyes and walk away or something. In the 50s, at least people weren't shoving their noses up others asses! And that's what's wrong with society today!

I think he was talking specifically about how people had more manners back then

I would've loved to be a 70s or 80s baby.

To all those people saying he deserved it: No one deserves to get punched for speaking their mind. That's why we have a Freedom of Speech and not a Freedom of Assault. Seriously, what's the world coming to when people can't express their opinions or try and have a civil debate without getting hit for it?

Besides the sexism, I think the 50's would've been a much better time

There are girls that say that because "The Notebook" takes place during that time.

Sounds like a 90's kid on the internet.

I only like the 50's in movies where guys are still romantic and stuff.
