Today, a customer came in to the Pizza store where I work and complained that the food they had purchased had a strand of black hair in it. After some deliberation, my boss decided to fire me. He is the only staff member there with black hair. I shaved my hair 2 weeks ago. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, I work at a food joint as a chef, and a customer found a long strand of hair in her food. The manager blamed me, even though I'm bald. FML
The cliché is true
Today, I went to a restaurant for lunch. I began to eat when I noticed a blond hair in my food. When that happened, I went up to the counter and began complaining about their hygiene. When the manager insisted no one that works there had long blond hair, I realized that it was my hair. FML
Fried
Today, I was fired from my job because I would "scare" the customers. Two days ago, a coworker spilled fry oil onto the grill, causing flames to singe my eyebrows and the front of my hair off. FML
Today, my boss fired me because I look like her ex-boyfriend. FML
Today, my boss fired me because I "didn't get the right kind of coffee beans." FML
Thanks, asshat
Today, I arrived at the pizza place I work at to find that I'd been fired. Apparently, the class stoner came in last night and not only demanded a free pizza, but also claimed that I always gave him one. I've never talked to this kid in my life, but my boss still doesn't believe me. FML
Luxury pain in the ass
Today, I'm broke and just started working in a restaurant at a luxury hotel. On my first day, the director had told me to get rid of my blue dyed hair. Back at work with a new fresh 57€ cut and no blue in sight, he saw me. I have some blonde streaks in the back, and if I don't get rid of them within a week, I'm fired. FML
Professional.
Today, my boss threatened to fire me for racism after I refused to hire a black woman. I didn't hire her because she came to the interview wearing what was basically a bikini and she was covered in tattoos depicting lewd sex acts. FML
How very dare you?
Today, I was getting lunch at a fast food restaurant. My boss was in front of me, and in order to get on his good side I offered to pay. Instead, I got fired because I guess my boss assumed I was making fun of his salary, which I knew nothing about. FML
Wage slave
Today, my boss called me into his office. I thought I was getting promoted because my sales had been really high lately. My boss shut his door behind me and asked me if I could comb his hair with a lice comb to get rid of his lice. I had to do it to keep my job. FML

Sounds like you're better off now, you can get a new boss who isn't such a d*ck. Win in disguise?

Why are there so ******* many people whinging about suing? Would you take someone to court over a job at a PIZZA PLACE? My God, people.

File for wrongful termination. Unless you were still on probation (usually ends after 90 days) then it doesn't matter, they can use whatever reason (or none at all) to fire you.

It's called grow a pair and stand up. You were going to get fired anyways, so why not fight for your job? YDI for being a pushover.

I'm guessing you probably did something else to deserve being fired. Nobody is that irrational.

As to #14, speaking as someone with actual legal experience, even if you're employed at will, you can still sue for wrongful termination. And how is this "easily defended" for the boss? There's literally NO WAY it could have been the employee's hair.
