Questions about your love life, a burnt turkey and the cousin who knows everything: Thanksgiving, a contact sport.
Today, I found out my husband has been sleeping with one of the women in our marriage counselling group. FML
Today, I found out my fiancé has been sleeping with his therapist behind my back. If that wasn't bad enough on its own, I'd talked him into starting therapy six months ago to help with his mental health troubles, and have been mostly paying for it. FML
Today, I found out that my wife had an affair with our marriage counselor. FML
Today, after finding out that I'd slept with our married neighbor, I found out my husband had slept with him too as revenge. FML
Today, I caught my husband making out with our nanny. I had hired her in the first place because I didn’t see her as a threat. She’s 19 year-old chubby girl with glasses. Is he out of his goddamn mind? FML
Today, I found out that my wife is seeing a marriage counselor. With her ex. FML
Today, I found out that my wife has been having an affair with the guy who's been trying to get our relationship back on track. FML
Today, I found out that my husband of 12 years has been sleeping with my best friend of even longer for who knows how long. She actually tried to turn it around on me and implied that it was my fault for finding out about it. FML
Today, I found out that my husband read my journal behind my back when he got mad over something I'd written in it. This is the same journal that my therapist told me to keep, to help me get past my trust issues. FML
Today, I found out my mom is sleeping with my boss. My dad doesn’t know yet. FML

I would then be seeing a therapist for anger management!

WHAT? She was going to therapy! It's not exactly like she can take them with her, you nob. And maybe the (ex)husband has unreliable shifts, so they had someone hired who is garaunteed to be there.
schwancy 2
I'm simply implying that had she been the one taking care of the kids this whole nanny-boinking bussiness wouldn't have happened. In this case hiring a nanny was a bad plan, and perhaps to avoid future incidents (should she decide to stay with her husband) she might want to take care of her own kids.

Please, stop talking crap for the sake of humanity. If this whole nanny-boinking bussiness wouldn't have happened, than the whole coworker-boinking thing would have happened. Or the whole sexy neighbour-boinking thing. Or the whole beautiful stranger-boinking thing. The problem is not the nanny, it is the husband. So, if she wants to avoid future accidents, she might want to divorce.

that's so true your kid should always with you cuz if you people actually take care of your kids and care for them none of you parents will get dumped in a nursery home in the last years of your lives when you would like to spend them with your grandchildren...

seriously? people are going to blame op for childcare? nannies can be much cheaper than daycare, when you have more than one. not everyone can afford to be a stay at home mom. some people worked hard for their education and work outside the home. so does this mean that any woman with children shouldn't work? seems like these comments are trying to hold women back and repress equality between the sexes.

Some people need to work. Some people want to work. Sometimes, those people are women. Sometimes, those women have children. Children who have fathers, usually; fathers who could also be held under the microscope of judgement! One can adequately "care for" a child while also maintaining an outside job. And someone NOT having an outside job is no guarantee of any quality of "care"! You don't even know how old the child is! Not that it should matter but the child could be 9 years old, requiring after school care and pick ups and drop offs, etc! How long does a mother have to stay at home in order to be a "good" mother?

How about the husband mans up and takes care of the kids while she's at therapy? He obviously has nothing else to do if he spends that time doing the nanny. What a silly little bitch.

As a separate issue from this husbands problems I think that's very true. I know way too many people who were practically raised by the babysitter / nanny/ daycare center and now they have almost no relationship with their parents. I used to run private daycare out of my house.... most of the kids I took care of had a better relationship with me than their parents.

Can you say revenge ****? Find someone and go to town.

when will people learn to hire unattractive nannys?
DocBastard 40
The better question is, when will guys learn not to **** around on their wives? Our nanny is quite attractive, and yet I haven't slept with her because I love and respect my wife. And because I respect our nanny, who is a wonderful, caring woman who takes excellent care of my child.
FYLDeep 26
Lol, you make the nanny sound like a **** by giving that as the reason you're not sleeping with her. Not that she wouldn't totally be up for sleeping with some married guy that she works for.
DocBastard 40
Seriously, who wouldn't want to sleep with me? I'm an Adonis!
FYLDeep 26
Count me out. It's not you, it's me. I'm just not into guys...
DocBastard 40
Your loss, dude.

when will people who don't have children learn not to comment on how to raise children?
Glenn_Coco 0
Well said Doc. Well said.

are you volunteering Braun?
MuchDance90s 0
When they have children. Which means "never", because then they are placed out of that category.

maybe it's because you said no when he wanted you to wear that skimpy maid outfit?
locura1991 0
How did you figure that out exactly? and look at the bright side at least you know you have trust issues for a reason.

RedPillSucks 33
Most people who cheat do so because of their own issues, not because their partner isn't satisfying their needs.
ohSNAPyall 27
Bullshit. He can flick his own switch.

So, is the therapy doing any good? if so, I could send my wife.
