Today, after I had watched a few videos of myself, I realized the sound of my own voice is the single most annoying thing I have ever heard. FML

Today, I had to listen to some old phone call recordings at work, in which a certain worker had the most annoying high-pitched voice. To my horror, I discovered that they were my call recordings, so the annoying voice was my own. My colleagues all concurred they cannot stand the sound of me talking. FML
Today, I went to see one of my favorite bands. When they started playing my favorite song I whipped out my video camera and sang along. As I was reviewing the video later, I realized that I couldn't even hear the band over my horrible singing. FML
Today, I realized why I never hear my voice echoing when I sing to my boyfriend on Skype; he just mutes me. FML
Today, I realized that my YouTube watch history, which is mostly comprised of audio ASMRs dealing with loneliness and other anxiety and depression issues, has turned into one big testament to how utterly lonely I am in the real world, and that I probably will remain like this for the rest of my life. FML
Today, I discovered both how much I really talk to myself when I'm drinking alone and how thin the walls of my apartment are. I heard my own slurred voice coming from my neighbor's apartment. They had recorded me and made a mixtape of some of the more interesting things I had said. FML
Today, thanks to years of verbal abuse from my mother, I can't even watch a ten-minute YouTube video without hearing her voice in my head, telling me to get off my lazy ass and do something. I can't afford therapy. FML
Today, my husband sent me a short video of my snoring last night because I wanted to hear how bad I sound. The first few seconds went by OK, but for the rest of the clip I could barely hear anything else over the sound of my husband taking a long piss in our bathroom. FML
Today, I woke up to the sound of my own voice yelling, “GET UP, YOU LAZY CUNT!” on repeat. It took me a moment to remember I'd drunkenly recorded my own alarm last night because I thought it would “motivate” me. It scared me so much I fell off the bed. FML
Today, I realized how alone I truly was when I caught myself talking to a podcast. FML
Today, I felt lousy and decided to give myself a pep-talk in the mirror. After a while, I cheered up and went about my day. I soon found out that my sister had recorded me through the crack of the door and posted the video on Facebook. I'm humiliated. FML

I totally get that OP, everyone hates the sound of their own voice. I think I sound annoying as hell as well, and I ask people how they can stand listening to my voice and they usually tend to say "It's cute", so your voice probably isn't as annoying as you think it is.

Apparently it is just because we aren't used to the real sound of our voice (since we hear it 'from inside') and it is just too weird for us to hear our own voice but differently, so disgust kicks in. But maybe in op's case it is rather not the sound of her voice that she finds annoying but the way she talks and the things she says. We also tend I think to find what we say to be useless and dumb, that might sometimes be the case though.

Unless you sound like Buggs Bunny or Spongebob all the time I'm guessing its cool. Try and slow it down, your voice may sound better.

Almost everyone hates their own voice the first couple times they hear it. I've adjusted from hearing it often enough - you're probably fine.

No, the way you sound on tape IS the way you sound to other people. The reason it sounds so much different from your point of view is because you're hearing it resonated through your skull and facial bones.
